We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel! The location is gorgeous, with fine views of horses training early in the morning—such a unique experience. Our room was spacious, and we appreciated the luxurious bedding that made our stay cozy and comfortable. Plus, dinner was a highlight; the food was delicious, and the attentive staff really made us feel special.
The bathroom setup was quite awkward, lacking privacy which made things a bit uncomfortable for us. We also faced some housekeeping issues; our room wasn’t cleaned consistently, and we didn't have any complimentary water provided during our stay. It's a shame because it had the potential to be amazing!

We liked this place - vibrant hotel.
The beds were amazing, rooms decent size and brand-new. The racecourse view was a bonus, easy going staff in particular management at reception. Absolutely perfect and amazing location - within short walking distance of everywhere we needed.

The deluxe suite was spacious for our family, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. While the restaurant experience was disappointing, nearby landmarks like Fairfield Park and the Liverpool Museum offered great family bonding opportunities. The spa facilities were a nice touch for relaxation amidst our busy schedule. a lovely hotel experience with room for improvement in dining.

The room was a decent size with central heating, a private safe and pay TV.
Excellent room, luxurious bathroom. Efficient and easygoing staff throughout. Favourable setting, very close to tree's as well as local restaurants. Also, in appropriate areas😀

A Good Stay at The William Inglis
During my recent business trip, I had the pleasure of staying at the William Inglis, which was chosen by my director. The hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways! The day spa offered a tranquil escape with a fantastic array of beauty and wellness treatments. I indulged in a rejuvenating massage that was carried out by a highly qualified therapist, making me feel completely refreshed. the ease of access to the complex and the ample outdoor parking for larger vehicles made my stay stress-free. The stunning views over the racecourse from my spacious room were a good bonus.
Minor privacy issues in bathroom area.

The clean environment was well-stocked with everything we needed, including a lovely selection of teas and coffee, which felt like a special touch for just an additional $100. I appreciated the convenience of having a fridge in the room, although it fell short in keeping my infant's milk chilled.

Upgrading to a better room was a nice touch, but housekeeping was hit or miss, with inconsistent service and awkward bathroom privacy. The stunning views of training horses were a highlight, and while breakfast could use improvement, the friendly staff and lovely dinner made for a pleasant experience overall.
